What this site collects, and what we do with it.
This website is run by EffiQ Technology Solutions Inc. It collects very little, and only when you choose to send it.
Partner applications
When you apply on the Partners page, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, company website, partner track, focus industry, region and message, along with the time it was sent.
We use it only to review and respond to your application. It is stored in Amazon Web Services' Canada (Central) region, and a copy is emailed to our team's inbox so someone can reply to you.
Applications are deleted automatically from that store about 24 months after they arrive, and from its backups within 35 days after that. The notification email, and any correspondence with you, is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Demo requests
The demo request form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email program with a message filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is processed by the service providers that host this site and our email, solely to run them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email us and we will act on it.
